1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Xtreme Paintball. By accessing or using our website at https://xtremepaintball.net, making a reservation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Xtreme Paintball provides recreational paintball experiences, including but not limited to:

• Open play sessions
• Private group reservations
• Birthday party packages
• Bachelor/bachelorette party packages
• Corporate team-building events
• Equipment rental
• Paintball and supplies sales

3. Reservations & Payments

When you make a reservation through our website or by phone, you agree to the following:

• You must provide accurate contact and payment information.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax.
• Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Please submit all refund requests no later than 5 days before the original scheduled date and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
• For groups exceeding 20 players: 14-day notice required for refunds; 7-day minimum for schedule changes.
• No-shows forfeit the full reservation amount.
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• Xtreme Paintball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient staffing. You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule in such cases.
• *There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

5. Waivers & Assumption of Risk

Paintball is an inherently physical activity that involves risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge:

• All participants must sign a liability waiver before playing.
• Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
• Minimum age to participate is 10 years old.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with paintball activities, including but not limited to bruising, welts, eye injury, and other physical injuries.
• Xtreme Paintball is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules, misuse of equipment, or reckless behavior.

6. Rules of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the following rules while on our property:

• Approved eye protection must be worn at all times on the playing fields.
• Barrel covers must be in place when not on the field.
• No alcohol or drugs before or during play.
• Follow all instructions from referees and staff.
• No intentional close-range shooting (under 10 feet).
• No physical altercations, verbal abuse, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Xtreme Paintball reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these rules without a refund.

8. User Accounts

When you create an account on our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the property of Xtreme Paintball or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission.

10. Photos & Media Release

By participating in events at Xtreme Paintball, you grant us permission to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during your visit for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and advertising materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff before your session.

11. Limitation of Liability

Xtreme Paintball, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in paintball activities.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
• Loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto our property.
• Technical issues, errors, or interruptions on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wilson County, Tennessee.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
