Waivers
As a standard safety procedure, all individuals are required to sign a digital waiver before entering the premises. Have your group sign ahead of time to speed up check-in on game day.
Sign WaiverRefund Policy
Please submit all refund requests no later than 5 days before the original scheduled date and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
For groups exceeding 20 players: 14-day notice required for refunds; 7-day minimum for schedule changes.
There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
